Accessing Your Email Accounts

E-mail accounts allow you to send and receive e-mail through our webmail client, your favorite desktop software, or your mobile phone. These are the typical settings needed to access your mail from most mail clients.

Your Guide to Stablerack Email Access

This guide shows you two easy ways to check your email: using a web browser or setting up a dedicated app on your device.

Option 1: Quick Access via Webmail

Use this method to check your email from any computer or device using a simple web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, etc.).

1. Go to the Portal

Open your browser and navigate to: https://mail.stablerack.com/

2. Log In

Enter your full email address and your chosen password.

Result

You can now read, send, and manage your email directly in your browser.

Pro-Tip: If you don't have an email address yet, you must first create one using the E-MAIL MANAGER tool in your Account Desktop.

Option 2: Setup on Desktop & Mobile Devices

Use these settings if you prefer to check your email using a program like Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail, or the built-in email app on your smartphone or tablet.

Step A: Choose Your Setup Type (IMAP vs. POP)

When setting up your account, the software will ask you to choose a Protocol.

What it Does

Keeps all emails on the server, so your inbox stays synchronized across your phone, tablet, and computer.

Downloads emails to only the device you are using, usually deleting them from the server.

Best For

Checking email on multiple devices.

Checking email on one primary device only.

Once you choose IMAP or POP, use the following technical settings to connect your app to the mail server.
